Kasselshoop’s traditional cheese is produced on the Kasselshoop family farm, along the R305 leading to Stilbaai (about 20 km from Stilbaai. Four generations of Kasselmans have been breeding jersey cows, known for the rich and creamy milk they produce.
Visit their Old School Tasting Room and Eatery, where they offer a wide variety of cheese tastings. They pair their cheeses with different local wines, beers, gin, port, olives and chocolates. You can also enjoy their delicious pizzas, nachos and fries, with their famous cheese sauce.
