ABANSI BEACH HOUSE
Abansi Beach House is a beachfront property with two levels that are rented out separately with uninterrupted sea views. The area is known for the Geelkrans Nature Reserve, walking routes, whale watching and fishing. Lappiesbaai beach is close by and just a short walk from the house.
The upper part features three bedrooms; the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 on 2 single beds OR these beds can be converted to a Queen double bed on request. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 people on 2 single beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living room has a comfortable leather couch, which may be used as an extra bed for a youngster. The main bedroom, living area and dining area boast unspoilt views of the ocean. The kitchen is a well-equipped with a scullery and an indoor braai area. DStv is available in the living room, as well as a fireplace that is wonderful during the winter months.
The lower part of the house is a self-catering flat. The flat can sleep two adults and 2 children in a double bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. The unit also features a small kitchen, DStv in the living room and a braai area outside. Both the bedroom and the living room have sliding doors and a sea view and the flat has one bathroom with a shower only.
All rooms offer built-in cupboards and bedding and towels are also provided. In addition, the house has a double garage and the garden and patio is safely enclosed with gates on both sides for guests’ peace of mind.
