      | ABANSI BEACH HOUSE The house has two levels that are rented out separately and is a beachfront property with uninterrupted sea views. The area is known for the Geelkrans Nature Reserve and walking, whale watching and fishing are all popular in the surrounds. The well-known Lappiesbaai beach is close by, however swimming is allowed at the beach that is just a short walk from the house. The upper part of the house features three bedrooms; the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 on 2 single beds OR these beds can be converted to a Queen double bed on request. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 people on 2 single beds. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom. The living room has a comfortable leather couch, which may be used as an extra bed for a youngster. The main bedroom, living area and dining area boast unspoilt views of the ocean, and the kitchen is a well-equipped with a scullery and an indoor braai area. DStv is available in the living room, as well as a fireplace that is wonderful during the winter months. The lower part of the house is a self-catering flat that can sleep two adults and 2 children in a double bedroom and a sleeper couch in the living room. The unit also features a small kitchen, DStv in the living room and a braai area outside. Both the bedroom and the living room have sliding doors and a sea view and the flat has one bathroom with a shower only. All rooms offer built-in cupboards and bedding and towels are also provided. In addition, the house has a double garage and the Kitchen garden and patio is safely enclosed with gates on both sides for guests’ peace of mind.
