Introduction
1.1 By participating in AMAZING STILBAAI RACE, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Event is organized by STILBAAI TOURISM in collaboration with various tourism attractions, located at 28 LANGENHOVEN STREET, STILBAAI, referred to hereafter as "Organizer."

Eligibility
2.1 The Event is open to individuals OF ALL AGES. ADULT (21 YEARS) SUPPERVISION NEEDED FOR CHILDREN (16 YEARS AND YOUNGER).
2.2 Participants must register in teams of MINIMUM 2 people MAX 4 PEOPLE. ENTRY FEES - R400 PER TEAM.

Registration
3.1 Registration for the Event must be completed by 3 APRIL 2026.
3.2 COMPLETED ENTRY FORM and payment be submitted before registration can be confirmed.
LATE REGISTRATION CAN BE DONE AT THE STILBAAI TOURISM BUREAU ON FRIDAY 3 APRIL 2026 FROM 13:00 -16:00.
3.3 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse registration or participation for any reason.

Event Description
4.1 The Event involves a series of physical and mental challenges, with participants racing through predetermined locations.
4.2 Participants will be provided with clues or instructions to complete tasks.
4.3 The Organizer may change or modify the tasks and locations as necessary and will communicate any such changes to participants promptly.
TEAMS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN CLUES WITHOUT THEIR ENTIRE TEAM BEING PRESENT.

Health and Safety
5.1 All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the Event.
5.2 The Organizer will provide basic first aid and emergency contacts during the Event but is not responsible for any injuries sustained during participation. Participants must be able to swim and run.

Conduct
6.1 Participants agree to behave respectfully towards other teams, the public, and the Organizer.
6.2 Any form of cheating, dishonesty, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification. 6.3 Teams must follow all local laws and regulations while participating in the Event.

Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event for reasons such as weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
7.2 In the event of cancellation by the organizer, participants will be offered a refund or rescheduled event date.
7.3 Participants who cancel their registration before will not be eligible for a refund.

Liability
8.1 Participants understand and accept the inherent risks associated with the Event, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, and property damage.
8.2 The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft that occurs during the Event.
8.3 Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, and agents from any liability arising out of their participation in the Event.

Publicity
9.1 By participating in the Event, participants grant the Organizer permission to use their names, images, and videos captured during the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.
9.2 Participants may opt out of publicity by notifying the Organizer in writing before the Event begins.


Prizes
10.1 Prizes will be awarded to the winning team based on the completion of tasks during the Event (ONLY THE FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TEAM WHO FINISHES THE RACE WILL WIN A PRIZE). 10.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other alternatives.
10.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change or substitute prizes as necessary.

Privacy
11.1 The Organizer will collect and use participants' personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
11.2 Personal information will only be used for Event purposes and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

Amendments
12.1 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
12.2 Any changes will be communicated to participants via email or posted on the official Event website – WWW.STILBAAITOURISM.CO.ZA

Agreement
13.1 By registering for the Event, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

While family, friends, and employees of the event organizer or role players are welcome to attend, they are not permitted to participate in the event.
