The Sea-Breeze Main House has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 7 guests at a time. The main bedroom is on the first floor and has 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and a basin. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and has a single bed and a bunk bed, and the third bedroom also has a bunk bed. The 2 lounges have comfortable seating and have a TV with DStv channels. The unit also has a sea view from the bedroom on the first floor.

the C Flatlet is a 1-bedroom self-catering unit that can accommodate 4 guests. The bedroom has 2 single beds and there are 2 more single beds in the living area.

The Sea-Horse Studio features a spacious bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet and basin. The unit has a table and coffee-making facilities. There is a private entrance at the side of the house.
