Genade Beach house has two levels and is rented out as a complete or a single floor property. The property is situated just at the back of the main swimming beach known as Lappiesbaai, Just a short walk over the dune. The Caravan Park is situated just opposite the property that ads to the lovely holiday spirit. Also within easy walking access to the river and lovely swimming area where the Rugby sevens event is presented annually. The area known as Geel Krans Nature Reserve and walking, whale watching, and fishing are all popular in the close surrounds.
The bottom part of the house features four bedrooms; the main bedroom has an En-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 on a double bed. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 people on 2 single beds. The 4th bedroom has a double sleeper coach with a single bed. The 2nd , 3rd and 4th bedrooms share a 3/4 bathroom.
The living room has comfortable leather couches, which may be used as an extra bed for a youngster. The kitchen is a well-equipped with a scullery and an indoor braai area. DStv is available in the living room, as well as a fireplace that is wonderful during the winter months.
The upper part of the house features four bedrooms; The main bedroom sleeps 2 on a double coach, The large 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 on a double bed and two single stacker beds. The 3rd bedroom sleeps 2 people on a double bed with own entry and private lounge! The 4th bedroom sleeps 2 on two single beds. Two ¾ bathrooms facilitates the upper storey.
The upper level also features its own spacious Lounge, Bar, and dining area, with its own Inside Braai and prep bowl area.
Outside Braai is also provided when according to braai inside or outside.
