Jagersbosch Community Care provides health care services, balanced meals and social services to the communities of Stilbaai, Jongensfontein and Melkhoutfontein. Our mission is to enrich the lives of older persons still living in their own homes.
On our premises in Stilbaai West, we offer a clinic with basic health care services, a charity shop, and an equipped functions- and conference venue. The Kitchen provides cooked and frozen meals to members and guests as well as catering services and party platters. At Melkhoutfontein we offer an Adult day-care centre where we care for over 20 mentally and physically impaired adults.
