Stilbaai West Beach Parkrun
Start your Saturday with fresh sea air, beautiful coastal scenery and a welcoming community at the Stilbaai West Beach parkrun. This free, timed 5 km event takes place every Saturday at 08:00, starting from West Beach near the iconic “Steentjie” monument.
Whether you’re an experienced runner chasing a personal best, a casual jogger, or simply looking for a relaxing walk with family and friends, everyone is welcome. The scenic route follows the beach, hiking trails and the tranquil Goukou Estuary, offering one of South Africa’s most picturesque parkrun experiences.
Participation is free, but first-time visitors are encouraged to register online with parkrun before attending so that their time can be recorded. Volunteers are always welcome and play an important role in making this weekly community event possible.
