Nestled in the idyllic coastal town of Still Bay in the Garden Route, this haven comprises two spacious rooms with their own kitchenettes and separate bathrooms. Rental can be for one or both rooms, with only one booking at a time.  Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, the private balcony with patio tables and chairs overlooks the lush greenery of the Goukou river mouth and the turquoise waters of the Indian ocean in the background. A separate entrance with flight of stairs leads to accommodation on the top floor. Because of the stairs, regretfully no children are allowed.

This property is situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the Main Road, with easy access to the river (500 m away), beaches (2.4 km away) and main business area (1.2 km away). Each smoke-free flatlet is equipped with a queen size bed, ample cupboard space, sofa, dining table with chairs and flat screen TV with DSTV and free internet. Towels and linen are provided but please bring you own beach towels. The kitchenette features a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, basin with hot and cold water, basic kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and refrigerator. The comfortable bathroom has a shower, toilet and double basins. For your convenience there are hairdryers in the rooms and a backup power system for loadshedding issues.

Guests will be able to enjoy the variety of activities such as water sport, hiking, cycling, golfing, bowling, fishing and many more. Visitors to this friendly town are also welcome to join the weekly Parkrun on a Saturday morning.  We have Lappiesbaai’s long stretches of sandy beach, the clear snorkeling pools of Geelkrans, the river with its variety of activities and various beach spots, Skulpiesbaai and Morris Point with rocky pools, braai facilities and good surfing spots. For those less active the town offers many places of interest, quaint shops and eateries, some as close as 800 m.

The nearest airport is George Airport, with shuttle services available.

Your hosts, Johan and Maria, look forward in welcoming you to our paradise of beauty and tranquility. As we are in a quiet residential area on a panhandle, the property is completely private and safe with sufficient parking. Early morning you can enjoy the sunrise, the view of the sparkling river and the sound of birdsong from the comfort of your balcony. Most nights you can hear the crashing waves in the distance, with the occasional night jar closer by.
