The open-plan kitchen features a breakfast bar, and is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave. The living area comprises a dining table and chairs, and a lounge area. The house also offers a laundry, and a lapa protected from the south-east wind. The lapa has built-in braai facilities.
