WILD RESCUE – WILDLIFE SANCTUARY & NATURE RESERVE
Wild Rescue offers two attractive Cape thatched cottages for visitors, and a verandah double en suite room. The cottages, built from stones gathered from ruins on the 165ha nature reserve, have no electricity. Oil lamps and candles are supplied with gas for hot water, two burners, and a fridge.

Each cottage consists of a combined living room /kitchen, separate bedroom with a double and single bed in the Green Cottage, and 3 single beds in the Brown Cottage, a bathroom with shower off the bedroom, inside fireplace plus built in braai on the verandah. There is an extra bed in the Brown Cottage living area, and a day bed in the Green Cottage living area.

The cottages are fully equipped for self catering. Linen, towels and firewood are provided. Enjoy the night skies, and the gentle noises of nature, swim in spring water with the water lilies, and enjoy the biodiversity of the nature reserve by walking the many kilometres of trails on this rare and endangered fynbos haven.
