Situated in tranquil Little England you find this popular neat and spacious self catering / B&B managed by the owners Danie and Louise Gerryts. Ankergooi is one street from the river and just around the corner from the jetty. It is a home away from home and where guests arrive as strangers and leave as friends.
The two separate rooms are the Protea Room and Lavender Room. The Protea Room has a full bathroom, dining table and kitchenette with crockery and cutlery. There is also a private braai area and an outside garden deck.
The Lavender Room has an en-suite bathroom and coffee making facilities and a bar fridge. If arranged beforehand, breakfast is an optional extra and can be served in the Protea Room. WiFi is free. Ankergooi has solar power and is not subjected to load shedding. Each room has a TV with Openview channels as well as internet to stream any app from your phone.
We opened our doors in 2010 and are passionate about Stilbaai. We enjoy assisting our guests with all the
necessary information to ensure their stay is unforgettable. Louise is a keen leather crafter and guests are welcome to visit her workshop. Every guest receives a leather Ankergooi key fob as keepsake.
